Based on some of my experiences in my spa visits, I have thought about some things that I have found important in choosing a good spa.
First is the cleanliness of the restrooms. Most new spas today boast of new facilities that have very clean tiles, designs, nice faucets and overall interior design of the restrooms. But these aesthetics mean nothing if they are not well maintained.
Second is the access from the restroom to the massage room. For those who want privacy, choose spas that have a different access for ladies and for men to and fro the restrooms and massage rooms. Most spas have a common room available for each gender. For those who prefer a more private massage, some extra cash can be paid to upgrade.
These are just a few things that I have noticed. More entries will be posted about some important things to look for in a good spa place.
When it comes to detoxification of the body, there are many ways that it is done naturally. Below is a list of the ways that toxins are cleansed from the body.
1. Through the liver – for final elimination via the lungs, kidneys and intestinal tract
2. Through the lungs – these exhale poisonous Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and other gaseous/ volatile waste products
3. Through the kidneys – the kidneys eliminate urea and other water-soluble toxins
4. Through the intestinal tract – this is the organ that eliminates both water and fat-soluble toxins plus the dietary wastes
5. Through the skin – the skin eliminates both water and fat-soluble products through evaporation, perspiration and oils (sebum)
6. Through the hair and nails – these eliminate some toxic substances, including heavy metals
7. Other ways that minor amounts of toxins are eliminated are through the tears, nasal secretions, phlegm, ear wax and menstrual flow
These are the different ways that the body cleanses itself from toxins.
Last Thursday, I had the opportunity of visiting The Fucoidan Slimming, Rejuvination and Wellness Center, which is the exclusive Philippine distributor of the Fucoidan capsules from Japan, at the 3/F Anna 1 Building, AFPOVAI Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Philippines. I went there for a bloggers event and got treated with a whole body massage in their nice facility with good light fixtures and a trial pack of the food supplement which is also known as the “miracle of the sea”.

The Fucoidan capsules are said to have these benefits:
1. They help the prevention of cancer cells
2. They prevent and control high blood pressure and cholesterol
3. They detoxify a person’s inner system and act as a cleansing agent for the heavy and harmful toxins in a person’s body
4. They provide a nourishing and radiant cell growth to one’s skin and bring back the smooth and soft look
5. They help fight Diabetes by reducing high sugar levels
6. They provide a relaxed feeling to its regular users
This health supplement is found in sea vegetables such as Mozuku and Mekabu. The chemical component of Fucoidan is a general term referring to a group of polysaccharides containing sulfated fucose. If you are wanting to know more about Fucoidan capsules, you can visit FucoidanWellness.com or visit the Fucoidan Slimming, Rejuvination and Wellness Center.
For any detoxification program, the first step is always the cleansing process. This is the process by which toxins are removed form one’s body. Going through this process can help one feel more energized.
Obvious in its name, the main purpose of detoxification is to cleanse one’s body of as many toxins as possible. For this to happen, the removal of toxins must be encouraged in one’s system and the intake of new toxins minimized.
Some of the ways to help cleanse one’s system are by:
*Juice fasting
*Following a light and simple cleansing diet
*Drinking plenty of fluids to flush out the water-soluble toxins through the kidneys
*Going organic
*Reducing one’s exposure to a variety of potentially harmful dietary and lifestyle factors (salt, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco smoke whether through active or passive smoking)
*Promoting good intestinal health through probiotic supplements
*Supporting liver function through herbal supplements
These are just some simple ways to help one’s body prepare for detoxification.
An important part of detoxification is exercise and diet. I personally think that exercising is the best way to keep one’s self fit and healthy but I am also aware that many individuals are not fond of doing that. Others resort to dieting and use supplements to help them control their appetite. For your source of diet pill reviews I suggest the web site DietPillReviews.net. They provide good reviews of popular diet pills. They can help individuals who are into dieting using supplements rather than exercise.
