For those who want to live a healthy life, we need to be aware that there are some things in our homes that we need to get rid of or replace. Like if your home has a roof or any part that has asbestos, that is dangerous and toxic.
When you engage in total detox you need to have discipline. There will be times when you will crave for the things you are detoxifying your body from. At other times you may feel that you want to give up on totally detoxifying your body. That will depend on the reason why you detoxify.
