One way to lessen stress is to not get ahead of yourselves and worry. The 6th chapter of the book of Matthew has Jesus instructing us not to worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about itself. It is not the kind of worrying that a high school student would have about prom dresses 2011 but it’s the worry that paralyzes us. We should pray instead and lift the burdens up to God.

Lately, my five-year-old son has been sleeping late. Not that I think it’s bad enough that he needs treatments for insomnia; I just feel that my wife and I need to tuck him to bed earlier. We have been allowing him to stay up late and not follow the going-to-bed-early so I think that’s what caused this. We don’t want him to get used to sleeping late this early n his lfe.

Taking a vacation is a good way to relax. But the traveling part can be very stressful especially if you were not able to plan your trip ahead of time. Going through the airport’s security, their metal detectors, their x-ray machine and alarm system should not be a problem. The number of luggage and the weight of the bags you carry contributes to the stress, so it’s better to travel light. This is just a simple travel and vacation tip to help you lessen stress.
