As compared to other means of keeping your well-being to the fullest such as yoga, going to the gym, pilates, aerobics, taebo and the like, detoxification is a way of getting rid of those harmful toxins from your body without the need to spend much of your time on this “ritual” alone.

It is recommended to get rid of the toxins from our body daily as much as possible. As for me, I try to follow this recommendation whenever I can; or at times, I tend to do multitasking – where I drink a detoxifying juice and perform other detox activities while I download videos and movies online. So, instead of just sitting in front of my monitor waiting for the download to finish, I do other worthwhile tasks at the same time.

Most of the times, when the videos and movies are fully downloaded, I’m also done with my detoxifying rituals! Now, I’m ready to watch the video with a bowl of popcorn on my lap.
