Here are a few fasting regimens that you might want to look into. While it is not easy to do a complete fast, there are partial ones and even fasts that include only liquid ones, which makes it easier to manage hunger.
The first kind of fast is drinking of at least 2 liters a day of distilled or mineral water, every day. The second kind of fasting is juice only. Juice is either apple or carrot. The third kind of fast is live bio yoghurt and juice and the fourth one is what is popularly called, “mono.” A regimen wherein a single kind of food is eaten. Apples, for instance. Sticking to one kind of food is called “mono” fasting.
