People love to document everything. They took still shots of their most amazing experiences. Some though choose to record themselves on videos. They want to see the actual emotion and scene that transpired.
You can also do this in your detox program. Keep a record of your tracks on camcorders and see where you need to improve and to slow down. Do you target to trim down within a month? Set your goal and your camera. This will help especially if you are not accountable to anybody on that manner. At least, you will be accountable on yourself.
