Doing aerobic exercises is a great way to detoxify your body of fats and other substances in your body that can come out through your skin with sweat. Some popular aerobic exercises are jogging, swimming, brisk walking and aerobics. But many do not know that walking can also be a form of aerobic exercise.
I know a friend who walked extra thrice a week. By extra, I mean she walked more than the distance she would usually walk. And as she became used to a certain distance she gradually increased the distance more and more. I remember, in particular, that she walked to different offices while she was on a job hunt handing out her resumes in the process.
This is hitting two birds at a time. She was able to do her normal routine but just by increasing the distance she walked slowly, she was able to detoxify herself and keep herself fit and healthy.
