Last night I had a great time of exercise. I went to a sports park that was 10 minutes away and spent more than 30 minutes jogging and played some football with former teammates in our football club.

The best exercise that helped me to shed off some calories was the aerobic exercise – jogging. I was able to do a few minutes less than what I do because it has been a while since I jogged. I was able to last longer than I expected because I listened to music with my Samsung headset while running. I am starting to feel better now after the exercise. I feel more active and strong while I total detox my body.
