Have you heard of the four-minute workout? It is a workout composed of different routines. Each routine is executed for 15 seconds. When I workout, I use the following routines:
1. Plank exercise
2. Squats
3. Push ups
4. Jumping jacks
5. Lunges (left leg forward)
6. Lunges (right leg forward)
7. Side plank exercise (on left arm)
8. Side plank exercise (on right arm)
Doing this four-minute workout can help one experience how to lose belly fat fast and lose about 400 calories in four minutes. Plus, one continues to lose calories even after the four-minute workout – a great way to skin detoxify.
