One goal I have set to keep myself healthy, fit and have stamina is jogging regularly. Sadly, I have not been able to do it regularly. That’s too bad because I feel like I am getting heavier and heavier each day.
But the good that came out of it is that I learned, even though it was expected, how my body responds to sports activities. I can get rid of stomach fat easily when I run regularly. I also feel more energetic every time because of exercise.
