Not getting enough rest and sleep can cause your body to recharge slower. Many people who have trouble sleeping right away tend to have less power to do their regular chores.
To help you sleep well, first, you have to identify the reasons why you are having a hard time sleeping. If it’s just room lighting, I suggest, then, to get some blinds & shades so that you can control the light in your room, especially during mornings when you just want to sleep in.
