Some of the natural food supplements I am trying now are the lemon grass juice, wheat grass juice and kefir. These are all prepared by my wife who helps me in detoxifying me once in a while. Neither one of us are into total detox but we do, one in while, enjoy discovering, preparing and taking some natural food supplements while sitting on our contemporary furniture. I am just thankful that I have a very resourceful and persistent wife who keeps reminding me about shifting to a healthier diet.
