List of emotional symptoms of stress:
1. Loss of concentration
2. Inability to make decisions
3. Forgetfulness
4. Over-defensiveness
5. Overwhelming feelings of anxiety and panic
6. Fear of rejection
7. Fear of failure
8. Feelings of guilt and shame
9. Negative thoughts
10. Moodiness
11. Extreme anger
12. Loss of sex drive and sexual problems
13. Obsessive or compulsive behavior
14. Feelings of isolation
15. A feeling of impending doom
