Have you been stressed out lately by sales calls or marketing visits about credit card offers, people asking you “have you ever thought about getting life insurance?” Well, if you have, the easiest way is to learn to say no convincingly. You need to remind yourself that you are the one in control and do not let yourself be controlled by the irritating calls. You are the master of your fate, the captain of your soul.
What are people willing to do to release stress from their bodies? Well, the answer is a lot. Some try playing video games, watch a movie, hang out and drink with friends, play sports without taking any testosterone boosters, go out on a date, and there are some who simply stay home and sleep.
For many, they choose to take a vacation, follow no schedule and just relax under the sun and maybe get a whole body massage. Whatever your preference is, what’s important is that you do reduce the stress in your body. Take time to unwind.
A colleague of mine was granted a three-week vacation after a year or so of stressful work. I personally think it is a long vacation but was surprised it was given to him, probably because it was an incentive for the work he put in. Read the rest of this entry »
In less than 48 hours the Sopcast UFC 117 live streaming fight between Silva and Sonnen will be watched by people around the world. I expect this to be very stressful for many viewers especially those who are not used to seeing that kind of action.
For those who are used to watching the UFC 117 live stream via Sopcast it would not be stressful at all even if a punch on the face would be like landing a Kwikset. For those stressed by this kind of action, it is not advisable to watch mixed martial arts. It would be better to stay home, relax after some exercise.
During my spare time today, to relieve myself of stress, I took the Xbox remote control and played Need for Speed Shift. With this game I can enjoy driving a really nice car without the concern of getting a list of car insurance companies.
This is not a general suggestion to help you relive stress but my own way of doing so. You can use other ways to relieve stress. I use sports, running, watching a video and even just visiting facebook. Whatever works for you, I guess, will work. The important thing is to detoxify your mind of stress.
